Those who have suffered with anxiety panic attack know that the anxiety hurts. If you are one of the many people has suffered from this, you will know that this statement is complete true. Many of these suffers will do anything to get rid of these symptoms. The panic and anxiety panic attack stop all the simple pleasures in life, the attacks can to take over of your life if you do not control it.
The best way to prevent these attacks is to stop it before it even starts. These problem do not just start from nowhere, they rooted from experience that we have each time we have these anxiety panic attack.
When you start to get a feeling that your anxiety or panic starts to arise, you try do some exercise this will help you prevent such attacks. It is always important that you should take 5-10 minutes to yourself. You should try to relax as much as possible, close your eyes and inhale deeply and slowly to the count of four. Hold this in for two counts, then slowly and gently exhale for four. Repeat this process for 5-10 minutes.
When you have mastered this technique you will find yourself completely relaxed, and you should be able to easy and natural count your breath without your breathing being saturated. When you get to this stage, start to think about the situations that make you anxious (the situations that tend to trigger the panic attacks). If you start feeling the anxiety and panic arising then start telling yourself that you are in control of it, then start counting your breath again. It may take a long time but you must preserve, you need to keep repeating this process until you notice that you have no anxiety. You need to believe this system works, but the biggest thing is believe that you can overcome this.
The purpose of the exercise is to keep you calm in situations that trigger you anxiety panic attacks. If you practice this on a daily basis, it will become a habit and anytime you feel anxiety building up you will naturally start counting your breath and relaxing yourself again. Try to stay positive and do not dwell on the anxious feelings, but to keep thinking that you can overcome it.
